Mollard Property Group sourced the site based on a detailed childcare needs assessment, converting a two-storey commercial building into a childcare centre. We secured the tenant and completed the development management to successfully be granted a development approval for a 100-place childcare centre. This highly complex heritage commercial building posed challenges to our team with carriageway easement and car parking requirements. However, the risks were mitigated through fully considered planning and design.
