Milford, New Zealand
Kitchener Road, Milford New Zealand was Phil Mollard’s very first commercial office development, constructed in the 80’s for our own use as an owner-occupier. This project was a purpose built 3 storey building comprising 2 levels of office space and a gymnasium on the ground floor. This building was the first multi-storey building on Kitchener Road and looks as good today as it did back then.
South Melbourne, Victoria
Working with a specific Client mandate and objective to relocate their existing business onto their own premises, the acquisition of Ingles Street hit the bull’s eye. Mollard Property Group diligently sourced and delivered this site not only to re-house the business but with future potential for significant capital growth and to capture the major benefit of rezoning, which soon followed. We co-ordinated the centre design team to deliver a planning permit for this challenging heritage listed building.
Tullo Place, Victoria
Mollard Property Group were engaged for the marketing and sales of this former factory and studio of iconic fashion designer of the 60’s, Norma Tullo.
This conversion was edgy, with style and character set in lush gardens and bluestone courtyard. We successfully secured 100% of sales for this development prior to the commencement of re-construction.
Gracing a position high on Richmond Hill, “Edgewood” is a 1- 3 bedroom apartment residence developed in the 90’s and a sell-out success story for Mollard Property Group who were engaged by the Developer to maximise this outstanding location.
A prime position between Bridge Road and Swan Street with views across some of the most iconic Melbourne landmarks. With traditional architectural design and quality finishes, this project still looks good today.
Deal Corporation came to Mollard Property Group for advice on how to develop this site. Their original idea was to develop a supermarket with 5 apartments above.
Mollard Property Group came up with the concept to develop 24 apartments to maximise the site. This created great margin and was much more profitable than the original idea.
Mollard Property Group completed all of the marketing and design of this project and had every apartment sold before a spade was put into the ground.
