Mollard Property Group is an Australian property development consultancy with roots in residential and heritage practice, and a current focus on analytics-led Highest and Best Use advisory across childcare, commercial conversion, build-to-rent, mixed-use and education sites.

Founded in 1992, the firm has evolved through three deliberate eras. Today our lead capability is Highest and Best Use analysis — a structured, agentic-capable platform that scores every site against 90+ alternative uses and ranks them by financial viability, planning risk and execution time. The eleven services that follow are how we deliver what the analytics recommend.

We work with merchant bankers, fund managers, family offices, institutional developers, lawyers, operators and not-for-profit boards across Australia. The work is confidential by default. The recommendations are evidence-led, written for board, and defendable under scrutiny.
