Since graduating with a Bachelor of Environments - Property Major, Beverley has used her comprehensive understanding of property development and financial analysis in achieving high level due diligence procedures and strategies and financial modelling for our potential development options. She has proficient skills in planning considerations and with her attention to detail, she ensures a comprehensive analysis is conducted on each development project. Beverley oversees site acquisition and town planning stages of projects, manages all our properties research and analysis to uncover development opportunities, manages projects from concept to pre-construction and works closely with developers and childcare operators, consultants and architects to ensure projects are delivered within our clients’ parameters.
