On the Eyre Peninsula, three kilometres from the Port Lincoln town centre, sits a prestigious private residence — 1,445 square metres across three levels, with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic ocean views over Boston Bay.
MPG is converting it into an exclusive, 6-star early learning centre. The conversion preserves what made the residence remarkable — the light, the volume, the outlook — and turns it into learning environments few centres could match.
Development is underway with a tenant already secured. MPG is leading the project across leasing, centre design and design management, development management and project administration.
