Project Overview

Mollard Property Group were engaged by the building owners to develop a childcare centre on the podium level of their Brisbane CBD office building. After extensive research was conducted, Mollard Property Group incorporated a 57-place early learning centre, on the fourth level of this eight-level commercial building.

Mollard Property Group worked with Nator Constructions on this build, proving to be great builders to work with completing the project on time and on budget.
