Project Overview
Mollard Property Group (MPG) was engaged by the owners of a prime commercial building in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD to transform underutilised podium-level space into a vibrant early learning centre. Following a comprehensive feasibility study and site analysis, MPG successfully integrated a 57-place childcare centre on the fourth level of this eight-storey commercial building.
This innovative project reflects MPG’s ability to deliver high-quality, vertically integrated childcare solutions within complex urban environments—maximising asset value for building owners while addressing the growing demand for convenient, high-quality childcare in city centres.
MPG led the project from concept through to completion, providing a turnkey development management solution including property leasing, design management, and project administration. The childcare centre was delivered on time and on budget in partnership with Nator Constructions, who were a pleasure to work with and brought professionalism and quality to the build.
Positioned in a thriving business district, the centre now offers a modern, safe, and nurturing space for young learners, with easy access for working parents and seamless integration into the existing building infrastructure.
