Construction is progressing rapidly, with the emerging structure showcasing the scale and quality of this purpose-built, future-ready childcare centre. This 114-place double storey facility is on track to become a cornerstone of the community.

Strategically located on a main road inbound to the CBD, the site is set in a well-established residential and employment area, with a daily traffic volume of over 32,000 cars. This offers strong exposure to passing traffic from adjoining suburbs and city commuters. The architecturally designed centre showcases our commitment to identifying premium locations.

Due to the high traffic volume on Sydney Road, with its tram track, extensive due diligence was conducted prior to acquisition. This confirmed authority support for a new separate driveway for site access from Sydney Road, a critical step in de-risking the project and unlocking the site’s full potential to capture the high volume of inbound traffic.
