Project Overview
The site was sourced and secured, creating a concept design and development approval achieved for a standalone 120-place childcare centre. The purpose-built high-end early learning centre in Frankston will provide an attractive streetscape appeal. Through clever strategy and good planning, we were able to commence demolition of this site before even receiving the town planning permit.
We obtained a section 29a certificate, which allowed us to clear the site prior to receiving the town planning permit. This strategy saved us time and money.
Our architect developed a suitable façade concept which satisfied Council’s urban planners and we received the permit. We have appointed an experienced childcare contractor to undertake the construction works and construction to commence.
