This well-located 780m² corner site, overlooking parkland and just minutes from local schools and the Eastern Freeway on-ramp, was successfully approved for the development of three architecturally designed 3-bedroom residences, without the need for VCAT intervention. The outcome resulted in one standalone house fronting Thea Grove and two townhouses facing Maxia Road.
