Mollard Property Group were engaged during the early design stage of this project input on design considerations and potential pricing for each apartment and townhouse. Based on our initial submission we were formally appointed to manage and complete all marketing and sales activities prior to construction commencement.

The development is an architectural revamp of a former Richmond chocolate factory, which later served as the fashion warehouse of renowned 1960-70s designer Norma Tullo. This iconic address, long celebrated for its character and history, has been transformed into a unique lifestyle retreat, featuring exposed brickwork and enhanced industrial charm.

We successfully secured 100% of sales for this development prior to the commencement of re-construction.

This conversion was edgy, with style and character set in lush gardens and bluestone courtyard.
