Project Update: Another Successful Project Complete!

Mollard Property Group is thrilled to announce the completion of this stunning 92-place early learning centre in Werribee, with 50 families enrolling before the doors even opened!

We are delighted to share the remarkable progress of this project, which has been completed ahead of schedule. Building Approval was obtained in July 2023, and construction progressed smoothly and efficiently.

Our Werribee project features a beautiful architectural design and is ideally located in a densely populated residential area, close to local primary schools and Werribee City Centre, with access to over 460 businesses. Before the centre opened, our tenant – Little World Academy had already secured enrolments from 50 families, a number that has continued to grow steadily since opening.

Parents who visited nearby centres have praised Little World Academy for its spacious, welcoming environment, and particularly appreciate the dedication and experience of the operator, Lynsey. Her philosophy and approach have made a lasting impression on every parent.
