Another Milestone Achieved In Cowra!
We are thrilled to see our not-for-profit Cowra project advancing ahead of schedule, with construction continuing to progress swiftly into its final stages.
On our Cowra childcare development, for Cowra Early Childhood Services, we are now seeing significant visible progress on site as the project moves closer to completion.
You already know Mollard Property Group is recognised for delivering quality, speed and certainty across childcare projects – and the latest progress in Cowra continues to demonstrate what is possible when the right strategy, expertise and delivery team come together, enabling the childcare centre to serve the Cowra community sooner than anticipated.
Working alongside a not-for-profit provider, we have continued to drive momentum across every stage of construction, with key milestones now achieved on site, including:
- External painting now fully completed
- Internal painting substantially completed, with final coats to follow joinery installation
- Kitchen hood installed and wall tiling completed
- Doors installed to children’s rooms and bathrooms
- Water meter installed
- Footpath works commenced
- Car park levelling currently in progress
What’s Coming Next – April 2026:
- Internal plumbing fit-off connections underway
- Bathroom partitions, waterproofing and tiling to be completed
- Joinery installation across the centre
