Cowra Project Nears Completion
Our Cowra not-for-profit childcare development continues to move rapidly toward completion, with major internal and external works now taking shape on site.
Significant progress has continued across our Cowra childcare development for Cowra Early Childhood Services, with the project now entering its final stages as the team prepares for Practical Completion.
With internal fit-off works now completed and finishing touches well underway, the centre is quickly transforming into a high-quality early learning environment purpose-built to support local children, families and educators.

Key milestones recently completed on site include:
– Joinery installation completed throughout the centre
– Internal fit-off and services fit-off completed, including plumbing,
air conditioning and electrical
– External stairs and entry footpath completed
– External works continuing to progress across the site
Works currently underway include:
– Tile installation throughout the centre
– Installation of the kitchen stainless steel island
– Completion of external works and finishing details
The builder has also commenced preparations for the Practical Completion (PC) package as the project moves closer to handover.
