Construction has begun…
We are absolutely thrilled to share the remarkable progress of this 92-place early learning centre development projects. Since obtaining the Building Approval on 24th of July the construction progress is tracking steadily ahead of schedule. All drainage and civil works commenced within ten days of the approval to build. Here we are, just 7 weeks later, with drainage, foundations, the slab, and framing almost completed, and the roofers scheduled. This remarkable progress is a testament to the quality of the drawings, along with a great construction team, who fully understand childcare centre construction requirements.
The Werribee centre boasts a beautiful architectural design, located within a highly populated residential area. Benefiting from close proximity to local primary schools and Werribee City Centre with access to over 460 businesses.
The original site had a planning permit for a 130-place early learning centre, and on the market for over a year with no movement. The Client engaged our services to provide a full site suitability analysis to ensure the right amount of children for the market demand was achieved.
After a full assesment we completely re-designed the centre for 92 places based on the supply and demand, demographics, construction cost estimate and realistic rental and lease terms for the subject site. Creating a vastly more marketable and appropriate centre for the location and demographic.
Within two weeks we successfully secured a viable tenant before the contract of sale going unconditional and prior to the town planning process. Construction of the centre is scheduled to be completed early 2024.
